We have a “No Return Policy” for all Safety Relief Valves and Rupture Disc Assemblies.

Please fill-out the information below for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). All the information below must be completed for an RGA to be issued! If a replacement part(s) is needed, please e-mail this form with a new PO to a Henry Technologies Customer Service Representative. Credit will be issued to your original PO once we have received, reviewed, & confirmed the part(s) were defective.

Returned Materials must be accompanied by a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization Form.  A 25% re-stocking charge will apply to all cancelled, revised, or over-stocked products & will be deducted from any credit issued.  Our warranty period is (1) year from the date of shipment.  No RGA’s will be issued for items that do not fall under this warranty period.  Any material returned to Henry Technologies for evaluation under warranty terms will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee should the warranty claim be rejected.
